Our dried snow fungus (Xue Er) is carefully selected, with whole, flower-shaped pieces in a natural ivory-yellow colour. After soaking it becomes soft and gelatinous. Soak in water before use. Ideal for sweet soups, desserts, double-boiled dishes and light soups.
